Refund/Exchange Policy
All Exchanges are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 15 business days from the delivery date will not be refunded for a store credit. All refunds are store credit in the form of a gift card.
We will issue a store credit/replacement once we receive the item, granted that it is in saleable condition.
All individual fragrance wax samples and others are non-refundable and final sale.
Please note that the item must be in unused, and sellable condition, and all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc, must be returned in order for a store credit to be issued. Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used. The first return is free. After the first return, we will charge a $9.99 handling fee on all returns. Please put your order number and email in the return packaging, so we can properly process your return.
